Blue Bermondsey asked our friends at London Dreamtime to create a series of very special Children’s Story Walks for families to explore South Bermondsey. Together we approached Arts Council England with our idea and they liked it so much that they kindly provided funding. We hope you like them.
Children and families can engage in these activities during these difficult times with our series of unique audio storytelling experiences while supporting the arts at the same time.
The stories encourage children to reimagine the world around them here in the Blue with amazing characters told by professional storytellers from different ethnic backgrounds.
In addition to the audio track, there are activity sheets for kids to use along or at the end of each trail.
Scroll down to find all the stories and remember to come back to this page for new stories.
Please take a minute to write your comments about the Blue Bermondsey Children’s Story Walks.
