Apply For £1,500 Match-funding for Arch Day 2023 before 20th March
Arch Co is offering match-funded grants of up to £7,500 for business or charities to host events and activities on Saturday, 8 July, ARCH DAY 2023!
What is Arch Day?
ARCH DAY is a day dedicated to celebrating the arch community. Last year, 25 business were involved in match-funded activities and events in their spaces, and they also hosted a flagship festival in Forest Gate’s Avenue Road. This year, Arch Co recommend customers to group together where possible, under the theme “community”. They hope this will offer even more encouragement to your local community to come down on the day and support arch-based businesses.
The more independent businesses that take part in ARCH DAY on Saturday, 8 July, the more success we’ll have highlighting our unique community!
What grant can I apply for?
Anyone who runs a business or charity from within one of The Arch Company’s properties is able to apply. Funding can range from £100 – £1,500 depending on the activity and positive impact it will result in. Businesses can work together to pool this funding, up to a maximum of £7,500.
How does the match-funding work?
Arch Co grants match what you raise and will be judged by the community action charity Groundwork London against the aims and ambitions set out in Arch Co prospectus. Your event must take place on Saturday, 8th July 2023.

Groundwork London will also be hosting an application workshop on Monday, 13 March, at 2pm. In this session, Groundwork London will provide guidance and training on planning your events, writing your applications, and submitting your applications using their online application portal. When is the deadline?
The deadline for submitting your application form is midday on Monday, 20 March 2023.
