If so, you are not alone. London Unemployed Strategies workshops sessions are designed to equip claimants with the basic knowledge, support and confidence they need to help themselves and each other with welfare benefits issues through groupwork and sharing experiences.

There will be 2-hours sessions from 2pm to 4pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays every month
